Before discussing further I would like to discuss about my experience when I was newly transferred to Deosar. It was September, 2019 when I was transferred from Waidhan DPO office to ADPO Office Deosar, Court Deosar, Singrauli. I had to face big problems here, mainly room related. I changed 3 rooms within 3 weeks here. I found many people recommending there rooms with more restriction and unfurnished ones. I hardly enjoyed any day in between changing the room for final one where I am still living.

Rooms for Rent in Deosar, Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh
Before choosing any rented room for live we see many factors like availability of water, electricity, safety & security, essential institutions and places near to room, road connectivity, clam environment and air quality etc.
For living in Deosar, I have selected "Patwa House" to recommend you to search for rented rooms because of following reasons (explanation by comparing to other rooms) -
1. Locality - Patwa House is situated in front of Two Mobile Towers near Masjid in Deosar. It is on bypass road beside of Sangam Dresses. It is easily reachable to cemented roads and as well as the National Highway having only distance of 100 meters. vs When you see other rooms, you may get similar locality but changes of getting available rooms are lesser.
2. Total rooms available for Rent - There are total 7 rooms available for rent in Patwa House. Out of 7 rooms 1 is single room. vs In other building in Deosar, you will not find so many vacant rooms for getting in rent.
3. Rooms inside each rooms & bathroom/toilet facility - Except the single room, other 6 rooms have inside big enough 2-3 rooms including justifying hall and separate kitchen. There is separate bathroom & toilet for every rooms. vs In most of other buildings in Deosar you won't get such facility. In most of cases you get shared bathroom/toilet. You also do not get hall, rooms, kitchen inside every rooms.
4. Tiles & windows - Patwa House has tiles and sight proof (no one can see your inside from out of the window) windows. Every room has magnificent windows and tiles in every rooms including kitchen, hall & bathroom too. vs Other rooms available in other buildings of Deosar do not have tiles generally and also do not have sight proof window.
5. Availability of water, electricity & pipeline for water supply - There is 24*7 water & electricity facility. You get water motor inside the building on ground floor. There is availability of pipelines for water supply for miscellaneous usages. There are 2 big water tanks on the roof of the 2 storey building. vs Rarely you get 24*7 water & electricity supplies. In other part of rooms in Deosar you have to manage/buy self buckets to contain water. Also you do not have connection of water direct to your rooms.
6. Electric bulbs & fans - You get at least 5 electric bulbs and fans facilities in this building. Sometimes you need to buy your own products to upgrade your living style. vs In other rooms you won't get a single bulb or any other facilities.
7. Behavior of room owner & environment - Room owner of "Patwa House" is one of the best behavioral person in Deosar. Shri Heeralal Patwa sir and Manoj Patwa Bhaiya (son f Heeralal Patwa sir) are very supportive and family kind of persons. Neighbors are also good people, this is very calm and education friendly place. vs Other room owners in Deosar will treat you only a mean of extracting money. They do not care whether you are in any kind of trouble or not. You get unfriendly noisy disturbance in other parts of Deosar.

8. Fresh air & natural sight - Here you get fresh speed blowing air toward the entry gate of your room. You can more enjoy going to the topmost roof of the building. You can see natural beauty here like agricultural lands and dense trees. National Highway and different vehicles running on that and much more. vs In other part of Deosar you will not get this kind combination of natural beauty and study friendly environment.
9. Room rent price justification - Room are available here with just price of about 4k. This can variate and all depends upon the building owners. You can get different enjoyable facilities by just paying a little money. You get separate electricity meters for each rooms so there will not be any kind of dispute in future. The room owner takes very low electricity cost per unit comparing to other room owners in Deosar. vs My personal experience says, in other rooms in Deosar you will repent living there because you certainly will not get this much facilities and happiness.
Other benefits include easy access of public transport and groceries. You can directly buy products from either any shops or getting a connect from village people. People around you will respect you as you are living with famous and respectable personalities in this building. By the way the room owner HL Patwa sir is retired from NCL, Singrauli.
(My personal experience and everyone knows who lives in Deosar, racism and untouchability is a common problem for so called non-upper castes. "Patwa House" owner is down to earth person and he is modern mentality human being, there is no restriction or problem from anyone belonging to any caste or race.)
Now, you decide whether to live with elite people in elite environment or getting trapped in unjustifying places? Choice is yours.....
