3. तत्काल आपके मैसेज भेजते ही आपको एक मैसेज आयेगा कि Hi, Ebill for 789818xxxx for the month of Apr'22 has been sent to your emaild id: kingsofdeosar@gmail.com. Your Ebill password is 1997xxxx
4. आप अपना ईमेल आईडी चेक करें, आपको पीडीएफ अटैचमेंट में कॉल हिस्ट्री उस महीने की मिल जाएगी। आप यह भी देख पाऍंगे कि किस वक्त आपने एस.एम.एस. किस नम्बर को किया।

Something has been changed that we should notice now. In this article I will be discussing about office automation and impact of digital offices controlled by robots in near future. I will also discuss whether it is good for us or not!
Robots vs Human
In initial days less people wanted to have government jobs because there was much resources than consumption. But now the time has been changed and we are witnessing unemployment, more precisely underemployment. One side there is a crisis of unemployed youths and other side these youths are unemployable. Most of people working in executive posts in offices and think that they are secure with their jobs, they have to change their mindset now. The current job we are serving today, will disappear in coming future soon.
Usually, at offices, we mock of old people working with computers or we mock at them for not being able to be friendly with digital automation. It was the time, and nowadays youths are getting jobs basically if alike computer operator, typist or similar posts (even bigger posts like officer ranks also included), thinking of their jobs to be secured, note it down, all they are false. In near future Robots and Artificial Intelligence will take over these jobs. There will be more employment crisis in world wide if we are not ready to change, or be ready to work with robots. I do not want to direct come to conclusion about the impact of robots in our society, but we will try to illustrate it neutrally and will then come to conclusion whether digital/robotic/AI technology is useful for us or not. So, let's start -
I remember a statement by our respected former Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi ji had during a visit in 1985 to drought affected Kalahandi district in Odisha, had said of every rupee spent by the government, only 15 paise reached the intended beneficiary. This is not the reality of past, but it is reality of even today. But the intensity of corruption has come down because of automation of process and intervention of robots, computers, technology. For example, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is a scheme by government of India to aid financially farmers, they get exact amount that the government of India wishes to give. There is no intermediate person who commit corruption, if someone does so, he will be punished. Same alike this, DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) was made for the poor people of Indian during lockdown in previous year, all beneficiaries got exact amount as the government of India wished to help. This clearly states that we are getting improvement with time with intervention of technology and digital processing.
This is not our success that we have dream for, we want complete eradication of corruption and smooth processing for wellness of citizen. Even today, government employees do corruption in the name of service otherwise they hold our service/file. Being in government department, I have also faced corruption. This is the main reason why most of government undertakings are in loss. Even Indian Railways is shrunk deep in corruption, that is why Indian railways was in loss and the services provided by the railways was third quality. The step of including the railways in Public Private Partnership (PPP) model, the GoI (Government of India) want to improve it. Privatized institutions always prefer new technologies and artificial intelligence in their service. Most of the giant institutions, services in India or worldwide is enjoying their rank because of the office automation. Indian government tried its best to eradicate corruption, but it was inbuilt, and only solution seems is PPP model or make it privatization.
PPP Model is that model, if government of India introduces its offices/departments to private institutions to improve the quality. PPP model is not privatization, and even then the government of India have control over the entity. PPP is always beneficial and that is why the government is bringing most of the departments under PPP model whether that is Railways, Airports, Ports, BSNL, ordnance factories etc. Employees working in these institutions have made worst services and rude behavioral to the citizens, from whose taxes these employees get their salaries.
Other side, a computer is capable of working task of more than thousand human forces at a same time. Computers are getting advances using Artificial Intelligence and it is really helpful to make easier lives using AI technology. You must have tasted the features of Google products like Google Lens, Google Translator, Google Voice etc. These are a demo of how artificial intelligence can work. Dramatically, now robots are capable of performing these tasks so smoothly and quickly, this make replaceable human force from Robots. You have listened the news of Robot Police, Robot Servants etc, even in India robots are introduced well.
After the coronavirus outbreak the government sectors as well as private sectors focused on work from home. And everyone appreciated the changing methodology of remote jobs. The culture of remote jobs is increasing nowadays. It is true that humans are needed to operate the computer but the time is not far when Artificial Intelligence or Robots will displace human need. Even today driver-less cars are introduced and this is a revolution in automation field. We should keep in mind that the demo version we are looking today like type through speech, data entry, guide, drive, etc jobs would be replaced in near future by robotic objects.
Science & technology have made our lives easy. From transport to communication, everything has become very easy and enjoyable for users. Before some years thinking about the life we are living today was fantasy. But finally, the day came when we can reach any distance within thinkable time or can commute to anyone on the planet just a call away. We have now different means of exchanging money, video calling, online stores, online classes, digital entertainment, ... what not? Everything is now on our mobile phone.

Indeed the science & technology has made our lives easy but fraud & digital cheating are increasing day by day. There are many cases where people ruin their own lives by committing just a mistake. Many have lost their lives and many lost huge wealth. Many cases are also reported where girls/women are blackmailed for money, sexual assault, .... many cases are vice versa with men.
PROTECT YOURSELF FROM CYBER CRIME : BANKING, RANSOM MONEY & MUCH MORE
So friends, do not worry. This is Abhishek, your cyber dost. I will teach you every lesson regarding protection against digital crime (cyber-crime). All we know the different forms of crimes, but this article going to mention some crimes that mostly occur with silly mistakes.
[Case-1] Crime against school/college girls - I was studying in college in my second year when I started freelance working on MP Online (a digital service in Madhya Pradesh). I was very friendly with most of the girls in the computer coaching center, as well as in the MP Online where I was working. Most of the girls reported that someone is using her phone without her knowing. It feels like someone has hacked her device. Her personal information, including her sensitive images, sometimes are in trouble.
[Solution-1] I studied in deep and realized that most of the girls were the victim of mobile hacking. This hacking was not done by professional hackers but those people were behind these hacking who were well known to the girls. Generally, our mobile phone can be controlled with G-mail ID. Viz, if someone has the Gmail ID and password of the same ID that is used for login into my device, he can easily perform some action against me. He can keep eyes on our activities of internet surfing, he can ring our device, can locate our current location, can view our past timelines, can erase our mobile phone's all data, can lock our device. If a girl/boy is having any picture, video, document, or any kind of file on her/his Google Drive or Google related any other services like Google Photos, the person who has an idea about my Gmail ID and password can simply hack/get the information for same. He can easily know the contacts saved on Gmail over my device. Many times girls save, send sensitive photos to someone, google automatically saves the data over google photos if she has given such permission, now there is a big chance of the image viral if the next person has tended for so.
Precautions can be kept if you do not share your Gmail ID and password with anyone, whether he is your close friend. When you have created your Gmail ID from MP Online, Internet Cafe, never forget to sign out the password. Use a two-step verification option for logging out. If you don't know about these, must change your password as soon as possible. Many times boys/men working in MP Online/Internet Cafe try to blackmail using these methods. Your close friends can also commit such crimes whether that is male or female.
[Case-2] Your private/sensitive files are over Internet - Sometimes you surf the internet, download/visit any website, or allow the notification without reading the privacy and rules. Many times viruses are attached to these kinds of website downloads. When you allow permission without reading the privacy, there is a huge risk of agreement with your privacy viral. They will ask you for money threatening about viral of your data, sensitive images/videos.
[Solution-2] Never permit websites without knowing about that, never download anything from unknown sources. Many times adult websites are lucrative and you feel compulsive to do so, but always keep attention on your activity. There may be some Trojan Horse that can creep your information.
[Case-3] UPI receive payment does not need your PIN - You can find numerous examples where people do fraud with Quicker, OLX types websites. They tell you for sending payments, or claim of your lottery win. They send you to receive the payment request, as you click accept and enter the pin, money gets deducted from your bank. This is a common type of fraud happening nowadays. It is similar like someone asks OTP/ATM Pin and money gets deducted in the same way.
[Solution-3] Never share your personal banking information. Do not believe in such lotteries with which you have never registered. Never register with fake/unknown websites that claim for lottery or some kind of monetary winning prizes. Never accept UPI payment requests from unknown/non-trusted sources. Never allow any website that can read your SMS. Always make transactions and share information with reputed and verified agencies. Stay upgraded with new technology commenced by the authorities. Do not share your personal information on social media network sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
