EMPLOYMENT NOTICE

Total Number of Posts – 37
Reservation – Seats are reserved for different categories for various posts as per rules.
Name of Posts – Stenographer Grade-II, Lower Division Clerk, Lab Assistant, Lab Attendant (Multi Tasking Staff), Draughtsman (Computer Operator), Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade), Cook, Safaiwala (Multi Tasking Staff), Fatigueman.
Qualification – Relevant Qualification as per different trade. For LDC, a typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi is required. For some posts, experience is desirable. All these trades have skill test, so merely having higher qualification will not ensure your selection, but need to perform well in the all phases of examination.
Age limit – Generally 18-25 for all posts for unreserved & 18-27 for Driver post. Relaxation to reserved categories as per rules will be given.
Fees – Crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO)/Demand Draft(DD) of 50/- in favour of Commandant, Military college of Telecommunication Engineering, Mhow (MP) 453441 is required. Scheduled Castes and Schedules Tribes (SC/ST) are exempted from fees payment.
Photograph – Seven recent photos (not more than three months) in colored is required to be affixed in application form and admit card.
Last Date of application – The application must reach within 45 days from the release of the notification. This notification was released on 11/06/2021. Candidates belonging to hilly, NE states have to send application within 52 days. We suggest candidates to speed post, and not to wait for last date.
Exam pattern – All examinations have two tiers. Candidates have to appear for written MCQ type examination. And then skill test, if required. There is negative marking also. For LDC, Reasoning, Mathematics, English, and General Awareness is section of MCQ examination. Each right answer will reward 2 marks, but wrong will deduct 0.50 marks. In Steno, minus marking is 0.25 marks.
Descriptive exam for LDC – This will comprise of letter, essay writing based on pen paper. Candidates have to achieve 33 out of 100 marks for next typing test.
Proforma of application – It is mentioned in official notification but that is blurred. If any candidate is interested in it, he she can contact me on given details to get the application form.
On envelop – Write “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF …..” with category (sc/st/obc/ur) on the top.
Important Notification - Candidates who are already working in any Govt/PSU must need to produce NOC (No Objection Certificate), otherwise their candidature will be treated as cancelled.
