Reservation - Reservation rules are followed for distribution of vacancies and also in age limit. Candidates belonging from other states than Madhya Pradesh whether they belong to any caste there, in this recruitment they will be treated as Unreserved.
Weightage - Having work experience as an advocate will be beneficial only when marks of two candidates tie. Preference will be given to him/her who has work experience of minimum two years.

About ADPO Post & Salary - Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer is a Gazetted Officer Rank Post of Group-B under State Government of Madhya Pradesh. This is under Home Ministry Department. ADPO is a legal advisor of Police. ADPOs are generally considered as staff of court, but they are a part Police Department. They are SDOP level rank officer working as advisor of Police. Salary is 9300-34800+4200 Grade Pay. Overall in hand salary will be around 45k.
Exam pattern - There will be two phases of ADPO examination. Stage-I will be written examination while Stage-II will be interview. In written examination there will be two main papers. First will be of 150 marks consists of only 50 questions, per question 3 marks, minus 1 for each wrong answer. This will of of General Awareness about Madhya Pradesh, India, and word level.
Second paper of 300 marks having 100 questions will be related to the law subjects. Consolidated time for examination will be of 3 hours. After Stage-I, interview will be conducted.
Merit List & Selection - Merit will be prepared following the reservation rules, and by sum up the marks of written examination and interview.
