Number of Posts & Salary - There are different types of posts. Junior Secretariat Assistant is the first category in different departments of the institute. General, Finance and Accounts and Stores & Purchase are the three sub-categorized departments under Junior Secretariat Assistant recruitment. Salary for these posts is Level-2 of Pay Matrix INR 19900-63200/- There is no reserved posts for this recruitment. Total number of posts under unreserved category is 5 posts.
Other posts are Junior Stenographer English (1 post) and Junior Stenographer Hindi (2 posts). This is of Level-4 of Pay Matrix INR 25500-81100/- Approx total emoluments on minimum of scale including HRA, DA, TA etc. as applicable same alike central government employees.
Educational Qualification & eligibility - He must be a citizen of India.Candidates must have passed intermediate/12th pass from any recognized board/institute in India. If he wants to apply for Junior Assistant Post, then he should have only above mentioned qualification with 35 WPM in English typing or 30 WPM in Hindi typing, else if he wishes to apply for Stenographer posts, he must have 40 WPM in English typing and 35 WPM in Hindi typing with relevant steno qualification in relevant languages.
Final Merit - Skill tests is only qualifying in nature. There will be a skill test on computer related to MS Office except typing skills only. Passing in these stages is compulsory though. Merit will be prepared merely based on written test, in MCQ type.
Special Information - If you are from unreserved/OBC category, you need to pay Rs. 100/- INR fee before filling the online application form. You need to pay fee as below mentioned bank account.
