Cut off date for qualification & age limit - Age should be calculated by 1 April, 2021 while educational qualification will be decided by 30.09.2021 Means if you are in final year and got selection, you need to proof your qualification degree is of before 30 September, 2021.
Post Reservation - There is reservation rules followed. Out of 300 total posts, 121 for UR, 30 for EWS, 81 for OBC, 46 for SC, 22 for ST seats are reserved. Candidates make sure that UR (General) seats are unreserved, means everyone can fight for these seats.
Probation & Salary - Candidates after qualifying this examination will be on probation period of 1 year and initially they will get around 60k INR in hand salary. Salary is to be revised yet by year 2017.
Nationality & Resident - Every Indian and those who are mentioned in official notification, can opt for sitting in this examination.
Guarantee Bond - After getting selection, you must have to agree for working with the company for at-least 4 years including probation period. If you do not do so, you will be liable for paying some money officially mentioned in the recruitment notification.
Exam centers - Almost every big city is assigned for examination center. You can see the list of all centers in official pdf notification provided as link form in below. If you want to appear for examination in Madhya Pradesh, you can see Bhopal as examination center for both Prelims and Mains. By the way, exam center for mains are reduced than preliminary test.
Selection procedure - Selection will be based on marks gained in Mains MCQ plus descriptive test and an interview having ratio of 75:25 respectively weightage. Preliminary examination is only qualifying in nature, and the descriptive examination for descriptive in Mains is also qualifying in nature. In descriptive you will need only to type essay and letter.
Syllabus - For prelims you need to study only Reasoning, Mathematics and English for MCQ test of 100 marks and then in Mains 200 marks having Reasoning, Mathematics, English & General Knowledge. Look, only general knowledge is extra subject for mains. And just after mains you will need to appear for descriptive test that is already mention above.
Minus Marking - There is minus marking for both prelims and mains. You need to choose only correct option out of given there to be stay safe again minus marking. One fourth marks will be deducted if you choose wrong answer for any question. If you do not choose any option, you will neither get marks or deduct marks.
Medium of examination - There is option for you whether to choose Hindi or English as mode of examination, but you have only one option English as English subject test.
