An update is coming from the Makhanlal Chaturvedi University Bhopal that no physical or even Open Book Exam is going to be conducted for session 2020 for those students who are pursuing DCA (Diploma in Computer Applications), PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications) and other similar courses.

We had previously informed that an Open Book Examination is being conducted for session 2020 students' of BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) and MSc(cs) final year / semester. Now a big update is coming for those students of Makhanlal Chaturvedi University who are pursuing other similar courses. So in this article you are going to know about the procedure of Examinations conducting in coming days by Makhanlal Chaturvedi Universtiy Bhopal for different courses.
Open Book Examination - In Open Book Examination candidate do not need to go for study center or exam center physically, but he needs to write / solve examination question papers sitting at home. The Makhanlal University had officially released a notification regarding examination conducting in Open Book mode. BCA and MSc (cs) final semester/ year candidates needed to appear / attend such examination and the dates are over now.
Will there also be Open Book Examination for DCA & PGDCA candidates - No, there won't be any examination for DCA and PGDCA candidates. They are likely to be promoted for next session on the basis of internal marks by study center. This is like, there will not be any kind of examination but a general promotion. So it is a big news.
Next session 2021: will there be general promotion? - For the session 2021 next semester / exam term, there will be same procedure following by the university. So there is a chance for open book examination for MSc (cs) and BCA candidates for final semester / final years likewise this one, but general promotion on the basis of internal marks for rest of courses.
