There are many types of online and offline work from home jobs. Main target of companies are ladies, students, house wives etc for searching manpower to perform work from home jobs. Companies provide raw material, or any kind of data and search for employees who are convenient for working from home. This saves extra expenses of companies and headache of employees to go outside for work. Demand/trend of work from home has been increased nowadays.

Online Jobs - Such jobs that are performed remotely with the help of internet, computers; are known as online jobs. Online jobs are attractive because it is easy to perform and covers less space. Websites like Freelance, Fiverr, Chegg India, Upwork are the second one type websites. These websites generally do not have time restrictions. Freelancers can choose time as per their convenience.
Offline jobs - These jobs are such jobs that need physical presence of workers. This is base of online jobs, work from home jobs. Offline jobs are need for production of any product. Most percentage of execution of work is kind of offline jobs. Most of government jobs are performed offline and big industries are run in offline mode.

Here employer can choose his own employee, one of the best employees from all over the world (in other sense workers are not employees, they are not bound to the employers). This website provides different kinds of works and in returns they charge some commission. This is a genuine website that has helped millions of users to earn money form here. Many of them are full time freelancers earning hefty money from here. But newbies face problems here. Usually they do not get genuine job offers initially, if they are free members then they get only 6 bid opportunities for every months. But overall this is a genuine platform to earn money.

Scams on Freelancer website - Freelancer website has immense fake job providers, scammers, many fraudulent elements post regular frequent jobs on the website and approve/rate the bid of every customers for the bid/job demand. They urge money in various forms like security amount or registration fee. After paying the amount they will pretend to provide real job or they will block you. They (fraudsters) do this with many people, so they earn hefty amount from here and we (job searchers) get cheated and looted.
I also got such fraudulent messages from jobs providers asking for security amount or some other kind of charges. But I denies and understood the happenings on the website. Believe me there are 50% jobs fake on freelancing website. I have gone through various reputed websites like Fiverr, Upwork etc, I disappointed finding numerous fake job offers. Many people get cheated and get threatened from there stating legal action by the company side as they have already prepared fake legal documents.

Tip for job searchers - Never believe on such type of jobs that demand money in any form. Those who demand for money in return of jobs are generally fake people. Their aim is to cheat innocent students and they generally target school/college pass-outs. Stay away from these kind of job offers. You should firstly try to learn job oriented skills. I prefer you to work on Blogger, YouTube, Chegg India to get genuine work fruits. You hard work will return good amount if you are dedicated and have work ethics.
