Quick analysis of MP Board 2021 class 10th - The Board Examination for metric examination 2021 was not conducted in physical mode because of the Covid-19 outbreak. MP Board Examinations are generally conducted in two modes - regular & private mode. Regular students need to regularly visit to school for study purpose while private mode students only need to appear for important sessions like examinations and practicals.

In regular mode there were total 925213 registered students out of total numbers 494142 were boys and 431071 were girls. Most of the students secured either Ist or IInd division, official data is available on the above mentioned link from where you check your results by clicking on Statistics option left to the result searching window.

In private mode there were total 79086 registered students out of total number 52102 were boys and 26984 were girls. None of the students could even secure IInd or Ist division. All the students only got IIIrd division.

Additional information is that out of total students registered in both the modes either regular or private, the percent of pass ratio is 100%. Means, not a single candidate is fail in this Board Examination.

Examination & Transparency in this Board Examination - The authority/government announced for general promotion for all students studying in Class 10th because of the coronavirus outbreak. The result is prepared following the official guidelines by the authority seeing the previous assessments and performance of the student. I do not want to direct criticize the authorities or the governments for general promotion but I care for the future of India, therefore talking about the transparency is needed here.

Just look on the data published on the official website that how many candidates are passed with which division. It is more up to your self assessment to decide where you stand. Our society looks certificate and marks you gained, they do not understand which kind of person/student you are. So yes, marks does matter. Students securing higher marks in this general promotion board examination must know, your marks are awarded without any real examination and you should be aware about yourselves before choosing further subjects for study/education.

Distinguishing the mode of regular and private students, anyone can simple decide that the assessment and examination procedure for even general promotion is not well followed. How is this possible that none candidate is having even IInd or Ist division in private mode? There were no pen-paper based examination, then how can someone decide someone's level like this. It all depended upon the happiness of teachers/educators or examination authorities what they liked they did.

I also become happy seeing the higher literacy rate of Madhya Pradesh or my India but the reality is something different. That we will discuss now.

Decreasing the level of Board Exams in Madhya Pradesh - I remember, students were hardworking, serious to their examinations and they were serious for their career. But after 2014 Board examinations, the Madhya Pradesh government introduced "Ruk Jana Nahin" scheme, that provided students more chances to crack the examination rather waiting for another year for same class. Later the government introduced other scheme of passing less subjects and having optional subjects for same. This is really sad to see the decreasing the level of Board Exams in Madhya Pradesh.

Rather introducing schemes like this, the government should more focus on training on practical sessions and skills enhancement classes rather teaching conventional classes. The government always brought weird rules, like in Madhya Pradesh a student who is registered with any government school up to 8th class, he cannot be failed despite being a dull level of his education.

Disadvantage of poor education and passing to all scheme - Our society treats someone getting higher marks in academics like s/he is genius and he must be an IAS or IPS in future. Society including his parents have a dream to see his child as government officer/employee rather teaching him a lesson of skills learning. Poor education system is the reason of unemployment or better I say underemployment. The school pass-outs (later they are college pass-outs) think themselves a degree/mater degree holders without having any value added skills, include in the race of preparing for competitive examinations like SSC, UPSC, PSC, Banking and similar kind of other examinations.

Actually, nowadays schools and colleges are certificate/degree provider machines. They do not care for learning and development of candidates but they run their academics business. Even Mahindra sir once said most of Indian BE pass-outs are unemployable (those having lack of skills and cannot do any kind of relevant job properly).

Alternative of horse race education system - It is also right that no student/child should commit suicide because of tensions of study, marking system of schools. Even parents and government should understand the value of a life of students and they should fee the students like failure is a way of learning. Rather making less competitive educational environment the government should introduce various fields of learning. Rather making a common 10th standard subject, government should introduce more streams and subjects to get education. Parents and schools should also promote the sentiments for students of learning different subjects rather conventional ones.

After passing the academics, or amid the education period parents and the academic mentors must introduce practical/industrial learning for the students. Time is changing now, and new modes of assessments and taking tests should also be changed. But those who are creating all these stuffs seem not to be interested for such vision. Most of teachers teaching in schools really do not care for the future of students, they care for their own lives and money.

Two words for students - Dear students, if you are getting good marks in this examination results, congratulations. Keep it up, and always try to better for this society. But those who are getting less marks and those who are feeling demotivated or those in-spite of getting good marks because of pseudo assessment system feel pretending confident must not fall in the conventional mode of educational trap. You should try to do something different. It is the era of learning new things rather being a part of unemployable educated force in India. So below I am going to explain some alternative courses that you can complete with your academics learning after class 10th Board Exams.

Courses a student must think about after completing class 10th - A student completing his class 10th may go for class 11th as conventional students do. But most of students prefer ITI and Diploma courses. ITI and Diploma courses are more practical learning courses that a student apply in his job life. There are many streams of ITI and Diploma courses in India after class 10th, you should choose the stream/course that in you have most interest. You can also go with class 11th and get admission for side courses for learning new skills.

Students who already have knowledge of technology and have computer device at home, they can find alternative way of learning and internships. They can try to enhance their abilities with YouTube, Blogger, Freelancing websites as designer, web developer, content writer, translator, etc.

It is an age of science & technology, you need to look around you and see the trend and demand of time. You should learn finance and current affairs relevant issues and co-relate it with your academic subjects. Rather reading and writing it for examinations will not help you for long term.

If fail in any exam, what to do - We are living on earth. Here we see many opportunities. 10th or any other examination is taken by other ones. How can someone decide my interest and future? May be you are fail in any examination, you should not waste your time and stuck in only one goal if you do not have interest in that. You should try to learn alternative and different skills, you must find another interest and goal right soon.

Friends, hope this article is useful for you. I also was one of brilliant students in MP Board Academics securing 88.66% in 2014 and 90.60% in class 12th. I ordered class 12th answer-book and found how blindly the examiner checked my copy and cut many marks for even right answers. I also realized in life marks matter but no so like we treat. I also ran in horse race for competitive examinations and secured govt job as well. But very soon I understood why our India is facing underemployment (sometimes people refer unemployment). I started learning new skills and seeing progressive approach in myself. I am getting new opportunities and found my life more useful for society. I contribute and return more positive sense to the society and still learning.

You can comment your thinking and share this article to everyone whom you think this is needful for.
