MP Board Class 12th Examination 2020-21 cancelled : wave of happiness among students

        On June 1st, 2021 CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) and CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations) released a notification stating of cancellation of intermediate (Class XIIth) board examinations in 2021 due to covid-19. Students were demanding of cancellation of board exams country wide. Before the CBSE, many state governments had already cancelled the board exams giving the priority of students' lives.

No Board Exam of Class12th in 2021 in Madhya Pradesh

        On 2nd June, 2021 the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that there will be no examination of board class 12th. Likewise the CBSE students, the students of Madhya Pradesh Board of Senior Secondary were also demanding for the cancellation of board exams amid COVID-19 crisis. Madhya Pradesh was already in strict lockdown from mid of April, 2021. Students were feeling severe pressure due to the coronavirus disease. Many students do not have well financial conditions and there were living in fear of mutation of the covid-19.

            Listening to the students, chief minister Shri Chouhan said " Class 12th board exams will not be conducted in Madhya Pradesh this year. Children's lives are precious to us. We will worry about career later. When the burden of #COVID19 is on the children, we cannot put the mental burden of examinations on them!"

        Now a wave of happiness among students can easily be seen. Students of intermediate are happy because they do not have to appear physically for the examination and they can now feel that their lives are safe. While announcing for the cancellation of the examination, the authority has already explained the method of preparing of final results of Class XII.

How will 12th Final Result be prepared? - The result will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by a candidate in class 10th, class 11th, and quarterly/half-yearly examination of class 12th. There may be other ways to decide parameters for preparing of the final result, yet those parameters are to be decided within one or two days. There is strong probability that maximum of students are going to pass this examination, because there is going to be happen "a general promotion for all".
