Before getting direct into discussing points I would like to introduce NABARD first. Full form of NABARD is "National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development", established in 1982 at Indira Gandhi's regime. Prior the establishment of NABARD there was no particular bank specific for agriculture in India. It was RBI (Reserve Bank of India) distributing loans and financial help to agricultural matters in India.
Actually NABARD does not only distribute loans and helps financially on only agricultural matters here, but also provides support for rural development and SME's. So working with NABARD is really beneficial and satisfying job whether we talk about reputation or salary strata comparing with RBI. In initial days of establishing of NABARD majority of the officers/employees at NABARD were taken from RBI, so it was RBI that reflected the image of NABARD.

I appeared for NABARD Grade-A examination for the post of Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha Adhikari - Official Language Officer) in 2020 held on 25th February, 2020 and qualified preliminary examination. It was lockdown period and I had plenty of time for preparing for mains (Phase-II) for Nabard Examination. I did same and in qualified mains too. Appeared for Interview on 14th January 2021 this year. But I had missed the opportunity with less margin. Only difference in Grade-A and Grade-B examinations of Nabard is that if you crack Grade-A exam, you will be Assistant Manager and later with time and experience you will be promoted to Manager post. But if you directly crack Grade-B examination of Nabard, you will get Manager post. Both the posts are good and Grade-A recruitment is usual type of recruitment conducted by Nabard in officer cadre recruitment. This is obvious that the salary of Grade-B crackers will be higher than Grade-A crackers. Initial payment of Grade-A cracking aspirants will be around 70k/- INR.
Change in eligibility & educational qualification 2020 vs 2021 - In 2020 recruitment Nabard asked for 50% in Graduation to be eligible for sitting in the examination while in 2021 the aspirants must have at least 60% marks in graduation. Reserved categories have exemption in percentage compulsion. For more I suggest you to visit Recruitment To The Post Of Assistant Manager In Grade 'A' (RDBS)/ (Rajbhasha Service) -2021
Tips for cracking NABARD examinations - You need to analyze the syllabus of prelims and mains examinations in detail. Preliminary examination is only qualifying in nature, so should only focus on getting shortlisted for next round only. You should not focus more on Reasoning, Mathematics, Computer subjects, but focus more on English, ESI & ARD, GK topics because this will lead your opportunity for cracking Phase-II. Nabard Phase-II has two paper, one is English descriptive paper and other one is relevant respective subject post wise. Phase-II will be based on computer typing, so you should focus more on English, and subject wise based on Phase-II.
Cracking Phase-II is not so easy if your English is weak. You need to make habit of reading daily news papers and current updates related to economy and social aspects of India. This will improve your grammatical English and will also improve your interview experience. For the time being, always prefer writing regular articles on computer and if you do not have personal computer, you should join any computer classes. Also learn typing, Hindi and English. If your medium is English then you can only learn English typing. But if you want to appear for Mains in Hindi, then you must learn both Hindi & English typing because Paper 1st of English descriptive will only be conducted in English.
Interview will play big role for preparing merit. Your mains (Phase-II) marks will be decisive. Having well prepared for Phase-II will reflect your knowledge in interview and more importantly interview marks is awarded for your humanity and wellness.
